The Leica LDT-05 Digital Electronic Theodolite is an economical but advanced instrument for measuring angles and slope, with five-second accuracy for precise measurements, a laser plummet for fast and easy setup, a reticle illuminator for bright views, and other attractive highlights. The Leica LDT-05 Digital Electronic Theodolite measures angles with excellent precision for the most demanding job requirements. The automatic vertical angle compensator, or tilt sensor, which can be switched on or off, ensures accuracy is maintained if your instrument shifts out of balance. If the theodolite shifts out of the compensation range, a tilt warning will display in the vertical angle reading space, helping you avoid costly measurement errors.
